ripe tomatoes, sliced

baked 9-inch pie shell
1
chopped onions
1 cup.
Fresh Basil
Small Bunch
butter
3 Tbsp
milk
1 cup
grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 cup
egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes in baked pie shell. Sprinkle sliced basil over the tomatoes. Saute onions and pepper in butter. remove from heat. Add milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings. Mix well and pour over tomatoes.
Bake at 325 degrees about 50 minutes.
